This pathway develops student's understanding of contemporary operations theory as a function of a modern organization. Students explore key benchmarks and processes which will enable effective critique of an operational function. The course will empower participants with the skills to address important aspects of business operation, including demand and capacity management, inventory control, addressing productivity through job design and motivation, and quality management.
